What is collected

Booking a call: your name, email address, the time you picked, the language you booked in, and any notes you add. Nothing else is asked for.

Analytics: Google Analytics records anonymous page views and interactions (pages visited, language, approximate region, device type). IP addresses are not stored by me.

Cookies: one cookie remembers your language choice; Google Analytics sets its own. There is no advertising and no tracking across other sites.

What it is used for

Booking data exists to hold the time slot, let me confirm or decline the request, send you the confirmation with the calendar invite, and give you a link to cancel. I will not add you to any mailing list.

Analytics data is used only to understand which work people look at and whether the site works well.

Who processes it

Hosting and database: Vercel (Prisma Postgres). Emails: Resend, sent from hi@thiagopin.to. Calendar: Google Calendar, where a confirmed call appears as an event with your name and email. Analytics: Google Analytics.

These providers process data on my behalf and under their own privacy terms. Nothing is sold or shared beyond that.

How long it is kept

A cancelled or declined booking is deleted immediately. A completed call stays in my calendar and booking records until I clear them, typically within a year.

Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings (14 months).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything about you at any time: write to hi@thiagopin.to. Cancelling a booking through the link in your confirmation email also deletes it.

I am based in Brazil and follow the LGPD; if you are in the EU, the GDPR gives you the same rights.
